The base price includes the specified modular house in our production, based on the final area of ​​the house. This project is exemplary and subject to any changes at the request of the Customer.

• Windows and doors are metal-plastic panoramic firms Steko.
• Interroom doors wooden or MDF.
• Floor: OSB, wind barrier, mineral wool insulation 150mm, vapor barrier, floor board, laminate.
• Roof: corrugated board, 40x20 mm bar for an air layer (cold barrier), wind barrier, OSB, mineral wool insulation 150 mm, vapor barrier, lining.
• Walls: exterior finish - metal profile, planken, timber imitation, wind barrier, mineral wool insulation 150mm, vapor barrier, lining, timber imitation, drywall.

Any changes in configuration and dimensions can be made to the project.
